Making juices or smoothies might make it easier for fruits and veggies intake. I have been reading a lot and have great things to share.
Here we go!
- Buy fresh fruits and veggies (preferably organic).
- Try to drink them once or twice a day to start adapting the body.
- Drink right away, it’s recommended to be consumed within one to two hours of it being prepared.
