Espinacas Salteadas 

Que bien es encontrar lo que nuestro cuerpo necesita en las espinacas, como el calcio, hierro, potasio, magnesio, manganeso y fósforo. 

Mira está simple receta para añadir espinacas en tu dieta.

Espinacas salteadas 
 [ ] 1 libra de espinacas sueltas y bien lavadas.

 [ ] 3 a 4 dientes de ajo.

[ ] 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva.

[ ] Sal y pimienta al gústo (no es necesario).
