Fast Food – Make Smart Choices!

Most of the times we end up making the wrong food choice and it is ether because we are very hungry, tired or stranded in an area without many choices. 
So lets be smart! 

How about a No-carb meal? 

If you look at the chart above, the double hamburger has 620 calories while the single hamburger has 385, lets do the math.

So that means that each patty has about 235 calories.

How about some toppings!!

On the picture below there is a single lettuce wrap burger with pickles and extra tomatoes. Calories 245                                 Sodium 447

*lower the sodium content by avoiding the pickles.
