Have you ever been into that extra thick shake mood, but the unhealthy high content of sugars and fat scares you away? Well, I have, and because we all want the best for us and our loved ones we sometimes deprive ourselves from these treats.

This delicious Peanut Butter Banana smoothie might satisfy that want!

Ingredients

Raw Peanuts

  • 2 Cups of Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey
  • 1 Cup of Ice

*Use frozen yogurt for a thicker texture.
