To have a fabulous and radiant skin, our bodies need a vast combination of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins ( A, C, D, E and K ), as well as Minerals ( Cooper, Selenium, Sulfur and Zinc ), can be easily found in many foods.
Foods like Beef Liver have a high content of some of the nutrients mentioned above, but guess what? Beef liver doesn’t sound appetizing to everyone.

Glowing Skin Green Juice
Ingredients
Broccoli, Kale, Kiwi, Garlic, Lettuce and Spinach.
Recipe
4 Broccoli flowers
2 Kale leafs
1 Handful of spinach
2 Lettuce leafs
1 Garlic clove
1 Kiwi
Preparation
Triple wash the Broccoli, Lettuce, Kale and Spinach
Peel a Garlic Clove and Kiwi
Chop all ingredients into smaller pieces to fit in the blender
Your skin and body will appreciate it!
